Rubners’ goal is to create homes that are safe and efficient to build while at the same time offering our customers the chance to express their individuality and achieve the living feeling the want.
Our homes are constructed using our quality pre-engineered wall panels and pre-engineered roof systems. We have successfully implemented and improved our technologies for decades. Only the structural elements are pre-cut and/or assembled in a controlled production environment, taking advantage of working under safe weather conditions all the time. All installations and finishing work are performed and completed on the construction site. To ensure quality and conformity with all local building codes, Rubner always cooperates with experienced, licensed local contractors. This offers our customers the opportunity to select from a variety of customisation options.
On the construction site, a Rubner home can be erected much faster than a conventionally framed home. In fact, some models can be weather-tight within a week and completely finished within a month.
